This custom oil‑filled cast nylon pulley is manufactured strictly according to the customer's 2D drawings. Made of yellow oil‑filled cast nylon, it is processed by CNC precision turning with a machining tolerance of ±0.1 mm.

Material and Processing Advantages: The internally evenly‑dispersed lubricant provides permanent self‑lubrication with a low friction coefficient (0.12‑0.15), and no additional lubrication is required. Compared with steel or cast‑iron pulleys, this nylon pulley protects belts from scratches and abrasion, absorbs impacts and reduces operating noise by 10‑15 decibels.
